Compensation of Academic Loss Programme (CALP)

The Compensation for Academic Loss Programme (CALP) is a structured academic support initiative implemented to compensate for the learning time lost by students due to their participation in various KVS activities such as Regional/National Sports Meets, Scouts & Guides, exhibitions, cultural programmes, and other academic events.

At Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 3, Sagar, CALP has been effectively planned through the identification of missed topics, preparation of individualized catch-up plans, and conduct of remedial classes, doubt-clearing sessions, and revision activities by subject teachers. Necessary study materials, worksheets, and class notes will also provided to the concerned students.

Students’ academic progress is monitored through continuous assessment and regular feedback. This programme ensures that participating students are able to recover the missed syllabus, maintain continuity in learning, and achieve the expected learning outcomes without adversely affecting their academic performance.
