OVERVIEW OF ACTIVITIES:-
- Fitness and Health:-
- Objective :- promoting overall fitness and health
- Activities:- Conducting regular fitness session / class focusing on cardiovascular exercises, strength training and flexibility drills. Also tells to the student about nutrition and hygiene.
- Structured warm-up , aerobic exercises , team recreational games( coordinative drills and games, games to develop cognitive abilities, games to develop balance and games of fitness components).
- Annual sports day preparation:- For active participation of students in sports, which promote teamwork, planning and management of events, sportsmanship, and leadership skills.
- Provided coaching in team sports like kabaddi, volleyball and in individual games like athletics – javelin throw,shotput,running events. Emphasized skill development and sportsmanship .
